My first pinball (BTTF). Actually it was for free but I had to do quite a lot of repair (display and power supply). When I gave it away it was in very good condition. Could have used a playfield job though (mylar bubbles...). The Simpsons. 4-player beat-em up. European version of the cab made in the UK by Atari. Gets boring after a few hours of playing. Excellent condition when sold. The great white one. Probably the perfect arcade cab in combination with a JAMMA adapter and a multisync monitor. This one didn't have either but was fun to play with. Naomi 1 + GD-ROM 1. Some flaws when I sold it: I didn't get the marquee illumination to work. The original instruction card had stains from beverages. I nearly took the whole cab apart for cleaning and it was worth it. Prepare for some updates on the Naomi cabs.
"Fighter" from ADP Automaten Germany. Hard to tell the year of production (definitely early 80s). Had a non-working galaxian bootleg inside. Monitor was working. Sold it before I had the time to fix it. Update: seems the cab was later converted to Arkanoid, what a pity! Afterburner II Cockpit version. Great soundtrack, great gameplay and a moving cockpit. A true classic. Some parts were not installed when the photo was shot. This game was meant to be my summer project '05 (wanted to restore the paint and some parts to original) but I sold it to an arcade exhibition which is now touring Austria. Moon Cresta dedicated from Shoei (according to the label). Year unknown. This cab I had only for 2 days (I gave it a friend). The otherwise beautiful bezel and the control panel were pretty damaged, and no guts (pcb, monitor, transformer, power supply) were in the cab. |
